No endorsement

A listing here is not a warranty that a company is licensed, insured, available or right for your job. Check the license, the insurance and the references yourself before you hire.

Accuracy

Details change without notice. Each profile shows the date it was checked. Call to confirm anything you plan to rely on.

Your use

Read the site, use it, link to it. Do not scrape it wholesale to rebuild it somewhere else, and do not use the contact details for unsolicited sales messages.

Liability

We are not a party to any work you hire. Disputes about a job are between you and the contractor. The state license board takes complaints about licensed contractors. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims taken together is limited to $800.
